SolutionBox Corp s.r.o. is a senior software & AI studio founded in 2025 by Miroslav Lalík. The team is 8 specialists with ~40 combined years of experience, including a US entity (SolutionBox US LLC) covering North American clients. We build production AI agents, integrate AI into existing systems (ERP, SAP, banking), modernize legacy codebases, and deliver full-stack web and mobile applications. Our main stack is .NET/C# plus AI agents; integration and orchestration run through .NET with TypeScript or Python — or fully agentic solutions in Python.

Positioning: code is the legacy layer — we start from the problem and automate it end-to-end. Clients talk directly to the engineers who build it; no project-management relay. - ČSOB (banking, founder): hands-on development and acceleration; contract generation cut from 2 hours to 3 minutes (40×).
- Atlas Copco (industrial, founder): globally deployed SAP "downloaders" feeding various data warehouses, plus SAP data-pipeline optimization (SQL 15,000 → 3,000 lines, event-driven on Azure Functions); restored pipeline runtime from several days (after it had been degraded) back to ~4 hours from the EU and ~6 hours from Asia.
- Continero — Robootec: AI algorithmic trading platform (AI news-sentiment + macro data + technical indicators; .NET + Next.js), built as lead subcontractor for Continero. Self-built vector retrieval (OpenAI embeddings + pgvector), multi-provider LLM orchestration (Claude/OpenAI/Gemini/Grok) with Anthropic prompt caching, a custom MCP server, local ONNX inference. PoC live; "vibe trading" autonomous AI in development.
- Continero — Artima.ai: all-in-one social-media marketing SaaS — integrates all major social networks, generates photos and videos with AI, and schedules & publishes content. Co-led (~27% of commits); multi-provider LLM generation behind a provider-factory, Stripe credits, 35+ integrations.
- Continero — HDTS (Hockey Development Training System): computer-vision AI that recognises skating angles from video and coaches players in real time.
- Continero — City of Zlín: citizen-facing chatbot running on a self-built multi-agent "swarm" engine — flows and agents defined as rows in SQL Server, changeable without redeploys, with self-healing text-to-SQL. One of the first live civic chatbots of its kind; won a regional AI hackathon. Primary author (~58% of commits).
- Continero — myJourney: pan-European travel/logistics system delivered as web and mobile. The Flutter driver app: 99% of 253 commits, 128,000+ lines of Dart.
- Carivio (SolutionBox): complete taxi platform delivered in 4 months, ~50 live taxis; custom real-time auction dispatch (SignalR) and a driver debt/earnings settlement engine built from scratch — no Stripe or PayPal; also transportprague.com.
- TrafinOil: durable KSeF e-invoicing integration (idempotent submission via HTTP 440 + SHA256 hash, reconciliation jobs, hundreds of thousands of invoices delivered), plus a dependency-ordered sync queue that migrates collection data (companies, orders, transfers) into Dynamics 365 Business Central — status-tracked record queue, not a one-shot script. Also monitoring, mobile app, CI/CD, dataloader optimization, observability.
- ModularPlatform (internal, in progress): a robust modular base for read-heavy applications — self-healing, multi-machine, observability, clean dependencies, security by design, multitenancy, payments. Built to cut time-to-market without vendor lock-in.
