A startup wanted to compete with Uber and Bolt under its own brand — a complete taxi platform with driver and passenger apps, dispatch and real-time vehicle tracking. Without paying commission to someone else's platform.

We delivered the whole platform from scratch: a .NET backend, web admin, native mobile apps (React Native) and real-time over SignalR. At its core is a staged-auction dispatch engine that assigns rides to drivers automatically. MVP in 4 months, then 7 months of tuning in live operation — today 110+ drivers use it.
