A startup wanted to compete with Uber and Bolt under its own brand — a complete taxi platform with driver and passenger apps, dispatch, dynamic pricing and real-time vehicle tracking. Without paying commission to someone else's platform.
// The solution
We delivered the whole platform from scratch: a .NET backend, web admin, native mobile apps (React Native), AI dynamic pricing and real-time over SignalR. At its core is a staged-auction dispatch engine that assigns rides to drivers automatically. MVP in 4 months, then 7 months of tuning in live operation — today ~50 cars a day.
