What data we process
We only process data you voluntarily provide via the contact form (name, e-mail, phone, message content) and technical browser data (IP address, user agent, referring page) if you grant consent for analytics cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact details are used solely to handle your inquiry — legal basis is legitimate interest and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b, f) GDPR). Analytics data from PostHog is processed only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to measure traffic and improve the site.
How long we keep data
Inquiry e-mails are kept for the duration of business communication and then per legal obligations (accounting 5 years, tax records 10 years). Analytics data in PostHog 12 months.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties except technical processors: PostHog (analytics, EU-hosted) and e-mail hosting for message delivery. No transfer outside the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, object and withdraw consent. Send requests to miroslav.lalik@solutionbox.cz — we reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).
